Enter Newcastle-under-Lyme, at traffic lights turn right onto A5182 (signposted Market Drayton, Shrewsbury A53).
At T junction turn left onto Whitmore Road A53 (signposted Market Drayton, Shrewsbury).
Continue forward onto A53 entering Baldwins Gate.
At T-junction turn right onto A51 (signposted Nantwich), branch left onto A53 (signposted Shrewsbury).
Continue on A53 until entering Shawbury.
At Battlefield roundabout take 2nd exit onto Battlefield Road A5112 (signposted Shrewsbury).
Follow A5112 until reaching Heathgates roundabout, take 3rd exit Ditherington Road A5191 (signposted Town Centre, Mount Pleasant).
At mini roundabout continue onto Spring Gardens A5191, heading to Wyle Cop.

Enter Bayston Hill on A49, at roundabout take 3rd exit onto Hereford Road A5112.
Continue on A5112 over roundabout, take 2nd exit next roundabout onto Roman Road A5191.
