If you are a resident of the United Kingdom or EU (as at 2016) you would be required to pay VAT on goods and any freight charges. Any purchases from outside the EU are exempt of VAT but any goods will be supplied on a DDU (Delivered, Duty Unpaid) basis, the customer will be responsible for any applicable duty.

Returns Policy

1. You may return an unused item in original condition, unless faulty, within 28 days of receipt if advised within 14 days of receipt. Damaged or used goods cannot be refunded.

2. A completed copy of our returns form must be included with the returned goods and include our returns number which can be obtained by email: enquiries@fwthornton.co.uk

3. Customers will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges unless our customer service department determines that we are at fault for an order error or product defect. FW Thornton will not be responsible for any return item lost in transit.

4. Once we receive the package and the goods are checked, we will refund you by the payment method used when the order was placed.

5. Please allow 5-7 working days for your return to be processed or exchange to be sent.

Any goods returned after 28 days or not advised within 14 days of the receipt date will not be accepted for return.
